Have you ever heard of those heroic dog stories where the dog leads the owner out of peril? Or gets help? And then you hope,"I wish my dog/pet would do that!!!"
Looks like I shouldn't hope. This is Aspen's favorite thing to do:
This week we were all sick except for dad with the throw up flu. So Aspen took the opportunity to sleep with us. ALL DAY. And she wasn't all cute and cuddly either. She felt like a rock, taking up all the space. She wouldn't budge when you tried to move her even.

This is Aspen's second favorite thing to do: beg. She will beg her heart out. Look at her eyes. They are saying, "Please. Just one tiny morsel of food and I will love you forever." Let's say you relent to her and give her a piece. It won't buy you peace, she'll just beg for more. And she will still beg even if she hates what your eating, like carrots. If you give it to her she'll just spit it out. But she will still beg.

This is Aspen's new best friend. She loves Caramel. (Although we don't trust her around him very much) Caramel doesn't love her back as much as she loves him but he actually isn't that scared. Sometimes he is.
Aspen likes to play in the snow- that is, when there's people outside. She can't go anywhere without people. Then she likes it just fine. She loves to chase sleds down hills.
She also likes to explore behind our house and in front in the woods.
This is Aspen doing the dishes. She really just eats the old soggy food left over in the dishwasher- eew!
What a silly dog.
I think you've captured Aspen's personality perfectly! She is very much a spoiled dog. Remember how we used to say she'd be an outside dog? HA!
