These are some cookies I made! They are called Floating Heaven. My goal is to break dad (and now mom, who kind of joined) from his sugar diet! I succeeded a little bit with some pecan bars, but these were unfortunately unsuccessful. Mom was a sucker for both, though! And they're yummy for me, so whoopee!
I'm sorry, but cookies doesn't adequately describe this delicious chocolate mousse filled with carmel sauce on the bottem dessert. It truly was HEAVEN!!
